Welcome to Pickle & Club!

 

By using our facilities and services or upon confirmation of bookings, you are defaulted to agree to the below Terms & Conditions.

Don’t worry, we’ve kept them straightforward so everyone can enjoy a fun, safe and hassle-free experience.

 

General

1.         When we say "Pickle & Club," / “The Club” we’re talking about our awesome venue where pickleball magic happens!

2.         We may tweak these rules from time to time to keep things fresh.

3.         Be cool, play fair, and follow the house rules — it’s how we keep the good vibes going.

4.         We’re open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so come by and let’s pickle!

 

Booking, Payments & Refunds (Plan Ahead, Play More!)

1.         Book your court through our website — easy peasy. Payments are required before booking confirms, no exceptions.

2.         Peak hours are weekdays after 6:00 PM, plus all-day Saturday and Sunday, Public Holidays and special occasions. All other times are off-peak, so book accordingly.

3.         Plans changed? No problem! While cancellations and refunds are not available, you may reschedule your booking once by clicking the reschedule link in your confirmation email. Please ensure the change is made at least 48 hours before your original booking and that the new date falls within 14 days. Kindly note that manual rescheduling requests cannot be accommodated.

4.         No-Shows: If you ghost us, your booking fee will be forfeited. A couple of no-shows, and we may limit your bookings — we want the courts filled with players who are ready to have fun!

5.         Late? Your reserved time still ends on schedule and so, try to be punctual!

6.         If you’re planning a larger group shindig, parties or you need more private arrangements, let us know through our events team!

 

Checking In (Hello & Welcome!)

1.         Swing by the reception desk to check in when you arrive. 

2.         Our staff may verify your booking by checking your phone number when you arrive — quick and easy to get you ready to play!

3.         Lockers are available: free for members and just $20 for non-members.

 

Court Rules (Let’s Play Fair!)

1.         Only 6 players per court per hour booking! Overcrowding can spoil the fun~

2.         Booking a court for 2 hours allows up to a maximum of 8 players per session. Booking private class for 2 hours allows up to a maximum of 8 players. Adding more hours does not increase the number of participants permitted. 

3.         Non-member guest fee is HKD 50 /guest /hour /court to be paid before entry. It is more convenient to pay online at checkout.

4.         Show up in your game-ready gear! Shoes: Athletic and non-marking soles only! Keep it light, supportive and court-friendly to protect the surface and your game. Clothing: Think comfy and sporty — athletic tops, shorts, skirts, or leggings are great. Denim or dangly stuff? Not so much.

5.         Coaching is only allowed with our registered coaches. If this rule isn’t followed, you’ll be asked to leave immediately and refunds won’t be provided. Thanks for your understanding.

6.         Treat our courts and gear kindly. If accidents happen, let us know — we’ll have to charge for damages.

7.         Wrap up your game on time so the next group can get their pickle on.

8.         Water is always welcome, but outside food and drinks? Not so much. Feeling hungry? Check out our snack menu onsite. Thanks for understanding!

9.         Rental slots must not be resold as tickets or used in any way to generate revenue without prior approval by Pickle &. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund. 

 

Severe Weather Policy

1.         When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, our venue will temporarily close. All bookings during this period will be suspended and subject to rescheduling.

2.         Our team will contact affected customers within 48 hours to assist with rescheduling arrangement that best suits your availability.

3.         Our venue will reopen 2 hours after the signal is officially lowered. Once the venue reopens, all bookings will resume as scheduled.

4.         Customers are required to honour their original booking once the venue is reopened. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed appointments.

5.         As a courtesy arrangement, customers residing in outlying islands who can provide valid address proof may be considered for discretionary arrangements.

6.         If Typhoon Signal No. 8 is forecast to hoist after your booking slot, the session is not reschedulable. Customers are required to honour their original booking.

7.         If the signal is lowered after 6:00 PM, the venue will remain closed for the rest of the day. 

8.         During a Black Rainstorm Warning in effect, our venue will remain open as usual.

- All classes will be suspended and to be rescheduled accordingly.

- Court bookings will proceed as normal by default. However, as courtesy, you have an option to reschedule your court booking if a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. Please inform us via WhatsApp at least 60 minutes before your original booking time. Otherwise, the booking remains valid as usual.

9.         Reschedule Policy in related to Severe Weather:

·        Please note that rescheduling will ONLY be based on the original booking condition and subject to availability.

·        Extension or reduction of the original booking hours is not available.

·        PINK court bookings CANNOT be switched to GREEN court while GREEN court bookings can be switched to PINK court subject to availability.

·        Non-peak hour bookings cannot be switched to peak hours, but the reverse is allowed. Price difference will not be refunded.

·       Cancellation for refund is not available unless special reasons are provided and subject to the sole discretion of Pickle & Club Limited.

10.    Private Events

Your booking slot is reschedulable only when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. The practical operational arrangements are outlined below. Please contact us proactively to arrange a new date. The event must be rescheduled and take place within one month and is subject to Pickle & Club’s availability.

A. Typhoon

If the signal is in effect during your reserved time slot, the booking will be rescheduled.

If it is officially announced by HKO the signal will be hoisted within your reserved time slot, the booking will be rescheduled.

If it is officially announced by HKO the signal will be hoisted AFTER your reserved time slot, your booking remains unchanged.

If the signal is lowered 2 hours before your reserved time slot, the booking remains unchanged and is to be honoured. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed appointments.

B. Black Rainstorm Warning

The session will by default continue as scheduled even when a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force. However, if a Red Rainstorm Warning is already in effect on the same day, you have the option to decide whether to proceed or reschedule. You must confirm your decision with us no less than 60 minutes before your event time.

If you confirm that you will proceed, the session will go ahead as planned. Even if a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at any time before your event, the booking will no longer be cancellable or eligible for rescheduling.

Once an event is postponed due to a Black Rainstorm Warning, it will not be rescheduled on the same day, even if the warning is lowered afterwards.

If the session has already started when the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted all in a sudden, it must continue and cannot be interrupted or rescheduled without disputes.

 

Facility Fun & Safety

1.         Kiddos under 12 years old must have an adult with them to play. Infants under 2 years old are strictly prohibited from entering except pre approval obtained from Pickle &.

2.         Bringing little ones under 6? Totally up to you, but it’s at your own risk — we can’t take responsibility for any bumps or boo-boos.

3.         We’re not responsible for lost or damaged belongings, please keep an eye on your stuff or you are recommended to rent a locker.

4.         Play safe and remember: your use of our facilities is at your own risk.

5.         In Case of Emergency: Alert our staff immediately if you or someone else needs assistance.

 

Membership Perks

1.         Membership is all yours, it is non-refundable, non-transferable and exclusively for you.

2.         Our staff may identify your membership by checking your phone number and/or identity card when you arrive to ensure you receive all the special privileges and care you deserve!

3.         Your membership gives you access to cool stuff, but sorry, no sharing the perks.

 

Events & Cool Stuff

1.         Want to join a tournament or event? Register in advance to save your spot.

2.         If we ever need to reschedule or cancel an event, we’ll give you a heads-up.

3.         Every event has its own rules — make sure to follow them!

4.         Our standard coaching sessions / private classes are conducted in Cantonese. If you prefer English-speaking coach, we can arrange upon request with a supplementary charge. Please consult our staffs for assistance with this arrangement.

 

Community Vibes & Conduct

1.         Safety first! Follow our staff’s instructions so everyone has a great time.

2.         Be kind and respectful — bad behaviour like harassment or vandalism won’t fly here.
